Please note: It is our goal to support all cell phone service providers in all countries. At this time, if the recipient is not a registered member of BLASTabout, we can only successfully provide notification of the BLAST to recipients with U.S. cell phone service providers. If the recipient is a registered member, and has provided their service provider information (whether the provider is within or outside the U.S.), they will also be successfully notified they have received a BLAST.
